If a dispute arises, the broker must resolve it or provide an explanation within 14 business days. If the client is dissatisfied with the response or no solution is offered, they can refer the issue to the Commission, which is then tasked with carrying out an impartial investigation and delivering a reasoned and fair judgment on the case. Before submitting your complaint, please double-check all information to ensure accuracy. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in the rejection of your complaint.
